UPS/USPS/FedEx

- When your order ships, you'll get a UPS, USPS, or FedEx tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail. This
number allows you to easily track your package at http://www.ups.com or http://www.fedex.com, or watch for a
delivery confirmation at http://www.usps.com. In some cases,
it may take a day or so for your tracking number to show up in the tracking system.  If you don't receive your tracking number
within a day after the expected shipping date, please e-mail us at ktsales@kandtsales.com.

Delivery Time

- The total time it takes for you to receive your order is based on two factors: availability of the
product and actual transit time.  The current status of each product can be found on their respective pages, the
most common being:
"Usually ships within 1-2 business days"
"Usually ships within 2-3 business days"
"For availability, please e-mail ktsales@kandtsales.com".
Please keep in mind these are estimates and we will do our utmost to honor them. If there is
a problem with the availability of any order you place, you will receive an email within 2 business days,
at which point you will have the option of substitution, backorder, or order cancellation.
