us at ktsales@kandtsales.com to obtain an RMA# and instructions for the shipment.
The product must also be returned in its original box and include all original packing material, original manuals and any
accessories that came with the item, and must be in original and/or working condition. On items that require installation, such
as car audio CD Receivers and headunits, be sure to keep all wiring accessories and packaging, as well as manuals, after completion.
 We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if any of these materials are damaged or missing.  Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be resposible
for return freight charges.  If you've recently received your order and found it was damaged in shipment, please send
e-mail to ktsales@kandtsales.com with your name and a description of the damage.

- K & T Sales does not yet offer extended warranties on manufacturers' products sold online.  The
products are backed by the limited warranties of the original manufacturer or publisher only. All new products are sold with the
manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Please consult your owners
manual on warranty variations.  In the event that we are not an authorized dealer for an item, we will still honor the manufacturer's

Other Returns

- For all other returns extending beyond the 30-day grace period, there will be a 20% restocking fee.  The
same criteria above for packaging and product condition apply here.  Returns without an RMA# will be returned to the sender
at their expense.  Refunds minus restocking fees will be issued upon receipt of the product at the specified location.
